Trust Planning

You may not realize how beneficial trusts can be when setting up an estate plan. Trusts can do a lot of good! ALOT! You may have any number of "red flags" in your life where a trust would be a great way to go. You may also have goals where a trust is the right fit for what you want. This is the fun of it all. You get to explore your options and make a better plan for yourself and your loved ones. Trusts can avoid probate, provide for creditor protection, create great flexibility for future scenarios to play out and create rules for beneficiaries. You get to create a roadmap for all to follow. I have seen so many situations where I wish a trust was used because it would have saved a ton of heartache. Give yourself the option - be open to this wonderful planning technique!
